The game won’t load
Try a refresh first. If the screen stays blank, check that your browser is up to date and that any ad-block or strict privacy extensions allow scripts on this site. Browser storage must also be enabled.
Sound and music
Use the music note and speaker icons inside the play screen to toggle audio. Some browsers block sound until you tap the page once — a single click usually resolves it.
My progress disappeared
In-game preferences and balances are stored locally on your device. Clearing browser data, switching devices, or using a private window will start a fresh session.
It looks small on my phone
The play hall is most comfortable on a tablet, large phone in landscape, or desktop. Rotating your phone or zooming the page often helps on smaller screens.
Is anything paid?
Nothing. There are no purchases, deposits, withdrawals or prizes anywhere on the site. The whole experience is free social play.
